What are the delivery costs?
We offer £4.2+VAT UK Mainland Delivery on all orders.
Subject for surcharge of £13.5+VAT: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands.
Express delivery is normally 24h.
International Delivery: We offer international delivery - please contact us for a quote.
What guarantees do you provide?
Thanks to the Distance Selling Regulations you can buy in confidence knowing that you have the same if not better guarantees than if you were to purchase from a retail store. For example, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. All products are sourced from official UK/EU importers and covered by manufacturers’ warranty.
When will my order arrive?
We always aim to despatch your goods with 24 hours of receipt of your order. If due to availability this is not possible we will contact you to keep you informed.
How will my purchase arrive?
We pride ourselves on going that extra step to ensure you will be satisfied with your our wider range of products.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day of despatch. If for any reason part orders are despatched you will only be charged for the goods on that consignment.
Please note that if you pay via PayPal your payment is taken instantly. It is not possible to delay PayPal payments and you may therefore pay before despatch takes place.
